This episode of Unfiltered HR is the kickoff of our Small Business Employer Spotlight mini-series. In these next several episodes, we will be talking to Small Business Employers of different shapes and sizes, with the goal of highlighting the lives and efforts of these individuals in our communities. Individuals whose efforts most often go unnoticed and unappreciated.
